  • Step 1

    Get in contact with the feeling. Four basic feelings are listed:Sadness, Joy, Anger and Fear and Five suggestions are traded to support you intend in contact with what you are feeling.

  • Step 2

    Identify the feeling. If it is anger, conceive the fear-threat that fuels it.

  • Step 3

    Surface the feeling. It is OK to see anything you feel. Since you can't meet end to modify it, you accept it and permit it uprise to the surface.

  • Step 4

    Decide digit or more of quaternary behaviors to care with the feeling.
